Panini al Farro

Con questa ricetta avrete dei buonissimi e sofficissimi panini al farro, aromatici e leggeri. 

INGREDIENTI:

• 500 gr farina di farro
• 10 gr di sale marino integrale 
• 10 gr di zucchero integrale di canna
• 35 gr lievito madre essiccato
• 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva
• 300 gr di acqua 

PREPARAZIONE:

In una ciotola mescolate tutti gli ingredienti secchi, quindi l'olio e poco alla volta l'acqua. Lavorate l'impasto fino ad ottenere un panetto liscio e omogeneo. Lasciate lievitare coperto per almeno 2 ore. Riprendete l'impasto, formate i panini, sistemateli su una teglia coperta con carta forno e lasciate lievitare ancora per 1 ora. Cuocete in forno già caldo a 180°C fino a doratura. Lasciate raffreddare i panini su una gratella.

ENGLISH VERSION

Spelt Bread

INGREDIENTS:

• 500 gr spelt bread
• 10 gr whole sea salt
• 10 gr whole brown sugar
• 35 gr dried mother yeast
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 300 gr water

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients, then add oil and little by little water. Work dough until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Let covered  for at least 2 hours. Take back the dough, form breads, arrange them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let rise again for 1 hour. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until you have golden bread. Let bread cool on a wire rack.
