Torta con Farina Integrale d'Orzo

Una torta golosa al cioccolato con una farina integrale d'orzo, perchè cucinare è anche sperimentare....

  • 200 gr di farina integrale d'orzo
  • 120 gr di zucchero integrale di canna
  • 50 gr cacao amaro
  • 250 ml latte soia o di mandorle
  • 100 ml olio extravergine d'oliva
  • 1 bustina di lievito
In una ciotola mescolate la farina con lo zucchero e il cacao amaro. Unite il lievito setacciato. Aggiungete l'olio e poco alla volta il latte. Mescolate bene.
Versate il composto in uno stampo (io ho utilizzato uno stampo in silicone) e cuocete la torta a 180° per circa 30 minuti.

Barley Cake

● 200 gr whole barley flour
● 120 gr whole brown sugar
● 50 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
● 250 ml soy or almond Milk
● 100 ml extra Virgin olive oil
● 1 pocket baking powder

Mix flour with sugar and cocoa. Add baking powder.
Add oil and Milk. Mix well. Pour mixture into a silicone mold and Cook the cake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
